Bought a create bike in 54 gold green

Days go buy - no confirmation of sale

So I email no reply.....

Email and email

Get short reply we are experiencing computer problems.... No mention of my purchase mind

Offers me free accessories to choose which I do ( but never sends them) complete charade!

My bike finally turns up despite 2-3 day delivery time week half later I build it despite no instructions etc and guess what? The frame is wrong size!!!!

I email and email and email...no response...

Of course there is no telephone number and Mike at FGF doesn't do telephone calls....

I get short response several days later we are looking into this.... Then nothing

Then avoids a direct answer ... He then offers me the same bike in my correct size but hideous jet black!!!

Of course I decline.....

My accessories are getting done either as I'm obviously awkward...I speak to the manufacturers Create who empathise with the customer service, they collect the bike yet Mike at FGF still doesn't refund me, no he "offers" me a cheque!

He must love screwing people over of hundreds of pounds of their money.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
